Catalyst Video Services spent a day at Baker Perkins Innovation Centre in Peterborough filming the new ServoForm Mini equipment specifically designed for production of soft jelly confectionery including everyones favourite ‘Gummy Bears’. The shoot included filming the whole manufacture process from start to finish as well as showing a selection of the range of confectionery that can be produced using the equipment.
Catalyst are now in the process of editing the footage into a short demonstration video for use on the Baker Perkins website and for sending to potential clients.
