A recent foray to North Yorkshire provided the opportunity to photograph Whitby harbour using the drone.
The photographs were taken at sunrise in mid-November. The tricky lighting conditions meant that we had to utilise the HDR (High dynamic range) facility on the drone to shoot 3 separate exposures for each shot. Once downloaded each of the three images were them merged in Adobe Photoshop to produce one perfectly exposed final image. Each image was then taken into Adobe Lightroom where various lens correction settings were applied and chromatic aberrations removed before a final Aerochrome preset was applied to give the final look to each photograph.
